Hustl handles personal and health information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This is a plain-English summary; the full policy will be published before launch.

What we collect

Contact details, booking and payment details, and, once you become a patient, the health information needed to care for you, including intake answers, pathology results and consult notes.

Where it lives

Clinical records are kept in a dedicated clinical records system hosted in Australia. Our marketing and billing tools hold contact, consent and billing information only, never clinical notes.

Who sees it

Your treating doctors and care team. Pathology providers and pharmacies only when needed for your care. Your GP only with your permission. Employers and Founder Teams sponsors only ever see aggregate, de-identified information.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your information at any time, or make a complaint, by emailing hello@hustl.health. If you are unhappy with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
